TEHRAN -- President Mohammad Khatami in a message to Dutch Prime Minister Jan Peter Balkenende here Saturday expressed his felicitation on Balkenende's reelection, IRNA reported.

In his message Khatami expressed hope that ties between Iran and the Netherlands would further expand in the future.
